"Room 23 is a long overdue collaboration between artists Simon Shadowshow and Barnaby Darling. The exhibition is a mixture of photographs, video art, constructions and painted media. Whilst both artists have previously shown their work in solo exhibitions this is a unique opportunity to view their work side by side in a gallery setting. Influences range from daido moriyama, Charles Bukowski, Genesis P.Orridge and Friday night epiphanies from whiskey bottle wisdom. This collection should be approached with an open mind and will appeal to the charlatan, scoundrel, and ne'er do well that lives in us all."

The exhibition runs for five weeks starting Nov 16th 2017 at the Alfred East Gallery in Kettering.
